The Business Confidence Index (BCI) measures your business across the ten areas counterparties actually check: legal standing, financial records, credit behaviour, governance, delivery capacity, supply chain, market position, growth readiness, technology, and ESG. Sixty questions, about 12 minutes, answerable by the person who runs the business. No documents, no jargon, no CFO required.
Your result is a score out of 100, a readiness band, and the three gaps costing you the most. Where a condition that ends deals in practice is present, missing registration, missing tax compliance, an unresolved default, the score says so directly and shows you what fixing it is worth.
